Olio, Canada's pioneering community funding platform, facilitates stock gifts for special occasions, providing early investment opportunities for children and families. As a startup, Olio faced numerous challenges, including lack of clear identity, messaging, sales journey, content plan, product, and marketing strategy, compounded by regulatory compliance requirements.
Our team addressed these issues and developed Olio's central messaging platform, which was based around the tagline Gift Growth. We optimizing their sales journey, creating a robust content strategy, and designing and developing their MVP app. We implemented performance metrics focusing on bottom-line revenue, total lifetime value, and churn rate, leading to Olio securing additional funding and planning their next product iteration which will integrate with brokerages to enhance their offering.
